⏳ Processing Time
Each order is packed with love and care.
Please allow upto 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. Customers will be notified at each step from the moment an order is processed till the parcel is delivered.

🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders—look out for the message at checkout!

📦 Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Please allow upto 4 to 5 business days for delivery after dispatch. Overnight express delivery available on request and comes with additional charges.

📨 Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS to follow your parcel’s journey.

⏱️ Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Tarashé is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances like weather, lockdowns or strikes.

💔 Damaged or Missing Items
If something’s not right, don’t worry. Please email or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery along with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
